   Bulbous nasal tip is an important issue in Asian rhinoplasty. The factors result in bulbous nasal tip includes weak nasal tip support, wide lower lateral cartilage, redundant subcutaneous fat and thick skin. To correct bulbous nasal tip, structural rhinoplasty should be performed. Columellar strut, tip grafts, tip suture technique and nasal tip de-fat technique could be used for refining the nasal tip appearance.

   Several methods for managing bulbous nasal tip will be discussed in this presentation.
